It is the USS Falgout (DER-324)
My father RADM. Charles P. Tesh, was CO of the Forster at the time. LtCDR. Jack Jester was the CO of the Falgout.

Richard Welsh, RD-3, served aboard the Wilhoite during Deep Freeze 60-61.
The father of David Willis was the CO of Wilhoite during Deep Freeze 1960-61, Cdr Charles Willis. David submitted a number of his father’s documents from that command.
